The Momentshop store provides the right of return/replacement either because the consumer has received defective or because received incorrect products or because he changed his mind.

RIGHT OF RETURN – REPLACEMENT

The consumer has the right to request the replacement or repair of a product free of charge for the following cases:

• If he has received a product where there is proven material failure or manufacturing error for which the company or the manufacturer is responsible.
• If he has received a product in which defects were caused during transport (concerns the cases of transportation by employees of our company). If the product has been delivered to a transport company in excellent condition, the responsibility lies with the respective transport company.
• If the received product does not agree with the order, as long as it has not been used beyond the usual examination in order to determine its nature, characteristics and function.
• If the consumer contacts our store within 48 hours of delivery time by phone 23310-27433 or mail info@momentshop.gr, in order to point out the problem and approve his return.

If the above conditions are met, the return of the product must be made with the same transport agency with which the receipt was made and the shipping costs are borne by our company. n any case, the product must be returned in its original condition, in its packaging and with all the original documents that accompanied it (eg Delivery Note, Invoice, Receipt, etc.).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification if:

• The product is not from a special or personalized order.
• The product has not been used beyond the usual test or modified or washed.

If the above conditions are met, the return of the product must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. n any case, the product must be returned in its original condition, in its packaging and with all the original documents that accompanied it (eg Delivery Note, Invoice, Receipt, etc.). In case the transport was not carried out by trucks of our company, the product must be returned with the same transport agency with which it was received and the shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Momentshop does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of the product during the return transport if it is not made by a truck of our company.
